We have been a established business for 8 years and have performed  thousands of inspections. We have years of construction experience, as well as the accreditation and partnership of American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). Affiliate member of Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.

 

• Do you have professional certifications & meet State requirements?

I have a professional certification from American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and completed 180 hours of Home Inspection Master Course Training. I am also a Certified Professional Inspector by InterNACHI, licensed and insured within the requirements of the State of Tennessee.

• How long does the inspection take?

​

A comprehensive home inspection on average will take two to four hours or longer to complete depending on size.

 

• How do you keep your expertise up-to-date?

​

As a home inspector licensed by the State of Tennessee, we are required to complete 32 hours of continuing education bi-annually. As a member of InterNACHI, we are required to pass InterNACHI`s Inspector Examination every three years.
